Seattle are next up and will be a far more formidable force for sure. We preview the two-legged affair and hear from the Seattle camp, from head coach Brian Schmetzer and goalkeeper Stefan Frei.

And we round off this midweek episode as we sit down with Whitecaps rookie right back Jake Nerwinski, to chat about his first season as a pro, the playoffs, and his US national team aspirations.
