Dogs At The Football: Bark at the ‘Bird 2015

Theme nights. A staple of North American sports. Sometimes they can be fun. Sometimes they can be a distraction. Sometimes you wonder just what the marketing team were thinking.

But then there’s times when the idea is fantastic, combining two of your own personal favourite things in life, and that’s just what Vancouver Whitecaps 2 came up with in their inaugural season with Bark at the ‘Bird.

Bark at the ‘Bird allowed fans to bring their dog to a WFC2 match, as the ‘Caps lost 2-0 to LA Galaxy II at Thunderbird Stadium on Sunday June 14th 2015.
