We’re back with another packed show of World Cup and Canadian soccer chat.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup gets underway in Qatar next Sunday. There may have been a lot of issues in the run up to this first winter World Cup, but now that it’s here, we’re very excited and we get in the mood with a special preview episode this week.
Canada’s squad for the tournament was revealed this past Sunday. We delve into who has made it on the trip to Qatar, who hasn’t, and give our thoughts on what formation John Herdman should head into the tournament with and what that starting XI should be.
We also take a look at all the runners and riders in Groups A to D, making a rash of predictions along the way. And there’s still time for this year’s AFTN World Cup draft.
